While people do know about this, not many are aware of the benefits of face yoga.
Face yoga combines massage, acupressure, and exercises to stimulate face, skin, neck, and shoulders. It helps to soften the skin and relax the muscles of the face. Research states that it is an effective way to enhance appearance by strengthening facial muscles. By performing facial yoga on a regular basis, one can achieve better, long-term results.
We are all responsible for failing to pay attention to our body posture as we work long hours or spend extended amounts of time on our phones and laptops. Incorrect posture can cause chronic health issues which can be avoided by posture correction exercises. Correct posture refers to a “neutral spine.” When we have good posture, the muscles that surround the spine are balanced and all the associated pain can be avoided
